We had an absolute excellent time at John and Shawn’s place. Fabulous that there was in sweet laundry. The shower was beautiful. The pool was breathtaking. We spent hours and hours there it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and the recommendations provided were 10 out of 10. We loved Sayulita so much and would love to come back one day We’ve faced many health challenges this year and this was exactly what I needed to reset. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Where do I even begin. My trip ended up being a solo adventure and this space was absolute perfection. Quiet at night, a safe and walkable route into town, and all the amnenties needed to cook and stay at the villa. The rooftop pool was heaven to read at and, in all honesty, I am writing this at the airport and already looking at dates to rebook.

Amazing location with lots of privacy and an amazing view of the beach! Loved all the amenities, really appreciated the drinking water provided. The pool was so clean and beautiful. Walkable area with great bars and restaurants nearby. John and Shawn are very friendly with a quick response. Next time we visit we will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! John and Shawn were excellent hosts, providing a ton of information before we arrived including local recommendations, entry details and house rules. When we arrived we found the place to be exactly the same as the photos. The photos look great and the place itself is super nice. Modern, cozy and clean. The place is in a great location. We had stayed in sayulita before in a house in the same area and chose this area again as it is separated from the noise but is still very walkable. It turned out it was mid dead season, which worked in our favour as we had the rooftop area and pool to ourselves for almost our entire stay! John and Shawn were super on top of things. We had the A/C stop working one night and they had a technician come by the very next day. He wasn’t able to fix it and John and Shawn offered us another place for the night! Their problem resolution and speed could not have been better. We would not hesitate to book again!

John and Shawn are amazing hosts. The place was gorgeous and we felt right at home. We liked being slightly out of the main area and really loved being surrounded by nature. Great spot

This was a great space! It was nice to be next to Liberty Park and LOVED having multiple parking spots.

Enjoyed and loved our stay. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. The pool view was beautiful, I couldn’t get enough of it. In my opinion it’s a walkable distance to everywhere I enjoyed walking so I skipped the whole golf cart rental. Our host was very friendly and recommended us a few spots. This place exceeded my expectation. Thank you.

Stayed a few days while working in SLC. Felt right at home and I liked how close the house was to grocery stores and restaurants.

This place is spot on! Sayulita can be a very busy town. It was so nice to have a peaceful place to recharge and relax when needed. The view from up of above is one of a kind! We can’t wait to visit again! 100% recommended!

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet with an incredible pool. The A/C worked great and was a welcome refuge to the relentless humidity and heat. When we return to Sayulita we will stay here again!

Realmente no estaba segura en rentar este lugar, al final me convencí y valió completamente la pena, John y Shawn son súper amables, dan las instrucciones muy claras y contestan muy rápido, además que el lugar era igual que las fotos, hay mucha seguras y las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amigables. y aún que no esta en el centro, todo queda cerca caminando así que no hay problema con eso, la cocina tiene lo necesario para hacer todo, te dan agua ilimitada, y todo el lugar está súper limpio y eso es algo que se valora mucho. Las recomendaciones que te dan donde ir a comer son ricas, sin duda alguna regresaría en mis próximas vacaciones.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home in Sayulita! The property was absolutely spectacular and looked just like the photos. The infinity pool was gorgeous with an incredible view, and it was never crowded during our stay. The hosts also provided great recommendations for everything from the rental car company to places to eat, and every suggestion was perfect. Nubia was amazing and so helpful, especially when I had trouble getting in because silly me didn’t realize the lock was at the bottom of the door and I kept trying the ones at the top! The home was very comfortable, and we loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler provided. We did have a hiccup with unexpected construction that was outside the owners’ control, but they were very responsive and did their best to make things right. Beautiful property and caring owners. We would definitely stay again!

With a fantastic time staying here being so close to restaurants and grocery stores and coffee shops and bakeries. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is very well stocked, better than most. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anybody stay there.

Lugar super bonito y agradable. Acorde a la descripción. Los espacios en la habitación muy bonitos y limpios. La vista desde la terraza y alberca es muy hermosa. Cuenta con todo lo indispensable para una estancia muy agradable. John & Shawn siempre estuvieron al pendiente de todo. Recomiendo tener en cuenta rentar carrito de golf para procurar llegadas y salidas rápidas de la ubicación.

We just stayed here for five nights and it was perfect for our situation. We were moving our son into the university, and this was our home base as we moved him in and took care of all the little details. This house is very nicely remodeled and is cozy. It was a great location, close to restaurants and close to the university. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!
